Access

[By Train]
From JR Minami Kusatsu Station:
Exit through the East Gate, and take one of the Omi Tetsudo Buses bound for either "Ritsumeikan Daigaku" or "Ritsumeikan Daigaku Keiyu Tobishima Green Hill." Get off at the "Ritsumeikan Daigaku" stop, which is inside the campus grounds (approximately 8 minutes, depending on traffic conditions).

[By Car]

On the Meishin Expressway:	From Osaka, take the Seta Nishi exit and follow the signs to the Keiji Bypass towards Kusatsu. Head south at the Noji Chuo intersection, and keep going straight until you reach the University.
On the Meishin Expressway:	From Tokyo, take the Seta Higashi follow the signs to the Keiji Bypass towards Kusatsu. Head south at the Noji Chuo intersection, and keep going straight until you reach the University.
On Route 1:	Turn south at the Nandayama intersection, and keep going straight for around 2 km until you reach the University.
On The Keiji Bypass:	Turn south at the Noji Chuo intersection until you reach the University (about 1 km).
